The
Journey
Back
Home

A guided self-discovery journal for Black women with fibroids who are done suffering in silence.

Written, designed, and guided by Courtney Pack. 30 days. 4 phases. Zero soft questions.

Your body has been talking · You've just been trained not to listen · Arrive honest · It's time to come home to yourself · Your body has been talking · You've just been trained not to listen · Arrive honest · It's time to come home to yourself ·
From Courtney
"I made this journal because I needed it to exist and it didn't."

This journal was created from my own experience navigating fibroids, healing, and trying to find myself again in the middle of it all. What I learned is that this journey is not just physical. It asks you to slow down, to listen, and to meet yourself in ways you may have never had to before.

These pages are not here to rush your healing or force you into positivity before you're ready. They are here to hold space for you. To give you somewhere to release, to reflect, to be honest, without judgment. You don't have to filter yourself here. You don't have to perform strength here.
